Bonnie Mazza began work in January 2007 as Philadelphia Development Partnership’s Director of Lending, and is responsible for managing and growing PDP’s loan fund— Community Capital Works. In the 2006-2007 fiscal year, Bonnie oversaw the largest dollar amount disbursed in CCW history, and established a convenient direct debit system for borrowers.
“What excites me most about my job is when I get to help a new business get started, or help somebody through a tough time,” she explains. “I get to be a creative problem solver with them.”
Before joining PDP, Bonnie worked at Accion USA, a microlending organization where she served as a Sr. Underwriter and Director. Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, she loves the beach and enjoys gardening, antiquing, and planning sewing projects that never seem to get started. Bonnie has a Masters in Public Administration and non-profit management from New York University.
