Kevin and Brenda Davis are a dynamic team. As President and CEO, respectively, of Iron Man, Inc., the Davises have provided commercial and welding services to the Greater Philadelphia community for over 14 years.

Their projects range from simple outdoor railings to elaborate staircase banisters. Brenda handles the business' managerial, administrative and sales responsibilities while Kevin designs and executes the projects.

By 1999, Iron Man had outgrown two shops and Brenda was looking for larger contracts to support another move. In the process she came upon the Chester Microenterprise Partnership. It was a perfect match. Kevin and Brenda graduated from the business skills training course and Brenda became involved with CMP, assisting with outreach and coordinating networking events. Meanwhile, CMP helped the Davises obtain a line of credit, providing them with the working capital they needed to pursue larger contracts.
