PDP links entrepreneurs with retired executives and experienced businesspeople, who then go on to form a business relationship, whether in person or online. These mentors are experts in their selected industries and know how to confront challenges and create opportunities grow a profitable business. Acting as business coaches, they volunteer their time to offer insight, emotional support and day-to-day advice to less experienced entrepreneurs.

PDP works in partnership with the Executive Service Corps of the Delaware Valley and MicroMentor to create successful links between entrepreneurs and mentors.
