Rebecca Troutman joined the Philadelphia Development Partnership in 2006 as Program Associate, working closely with Executive Director Leslie Benoliel. In her new role as Manager of Communications, Rebecca is constructing a new identity and branding plan for PDP and continuing to assist the Executive Director to reach fundraising goals.

“I’m looking forward to PDP’s future projects as we continue to strengthen our message in the Greater Philadelphia community,” Rebecca explains. “I believe that small businesses create prosperous and vibrant communities, and I’m happy to be helping that mission along.”

Originally from Edinboro, Pennsylvania, Rebecca wrote her first grant to leverage the capital campaign of a nonprofit retirement community located in Ithaca, New York. In Philadelphia, she is active with Design for Social Impact, a print-advertising and design organization that works primarily with nonprofits and public policy groups. Rebecca earned a B.A. in Writing from Ithaca College in 2006.
