Theo came to Philadelphia from St. Louis, Missouri in 2010 and quickly joined the PDP team in March. As someone who exemplifies independence and an entrepreneurial spirit, Theo transfers that ambition and energy as Project Associate.

Theo graduated from Westminster College in Missouri with bachelor’s degrees in English and Communications and received his master’s in Public Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2009. He is an avid reader, enjoys traveling and loves good conversation.
